All “Puri.io” products, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions is a condition of any Puri.io service you use. You signify your agreement to these terms and conditions and are legally bound by them from the date on which you:
- Click to accept or agree to these Terms and Conditions where puri.io presents an option to do so, either on the website or otherwise; or
- Use our services in any way, in which case you understand and agree that your Purio.io service use will signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions from the moment you first begin to use the Purio.io service.
You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, in any way and from time to time. You further agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly in the event that we do make amendments. Your continued use of the Purio.io service will be subject to you agreeing to the amended Terms and Conditions.
Steps in making a purchase
- Go to our website whitewp.com
- Take a look at our plugins and select the desired plugin or bundle
- Click the “Add to cart” button
- Follow the steps to complete your purchase
- Pay using your preferred secure payment method – Paypal or (credit card) Stripe
- You will receive your receipt, invoice, log in details, and license key by email.
Plugin license keys
After you purchase our plugin, you will receive an email with your order and license details.
All plugins require a valid license to communicate with our update server. The plugin will automatically display new available updates in your WordPress dashboard.
If for some reason you do not receive an email with your license information, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.
License keys are valid for one year from the time you purchase them. You have access to updates and support while your license is active. Once your subscription has expired, you will need to renew it or make another purchase to continue receiving updates and support.
Your license keys are for you only. Please do not sell them, share them, give them away, or attempt to transfer them to someone else.
We have the right to revoke your license key at any time if you are not abiding by our terms and conditions.
Our products will not be available for download after your license has expired.
Our plugins are sold with an annual subscription. This will automatically be created when you make a purchase. If you do not cancel your subscription, your license key will be renewed and your account with be debited each year using your preferred payment method. This way, you can still receive updates and support from us.
You will be notified via email in the week proceeding your automatic renewal and will receive instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to renew your subscription.
If you do want to cancel your subscription, you can do this by logging into your account on whitewp.com, or you can log into your PayPal account and cancel your recurring payment there. We can also cancel your subscription for you, just let us know via support.
While you hold an active subscription, you can cancel your subscription for the next year and you will still receive updates and support for the remainder of the year you have purchased your plugin for. You can purchase the plugin again at any time, in which case you will get a new license key and receive updates and support again.
If your subscription is renewed automatically and you did not wish for this to happen, please reach out to us within 14 days and we will refund you and cancel your license.
After your license key expires, you may still have access to some functions in the plugin, but you will not receive updates or support. We do not guarantee that the plugin will keep working with any WordPress or WooCommerce updates after your license expires and you cease receiving updates from us.
The lifetime subscription includes updates and support for the lifetime of White Label and for the lifetime of the plugin purchased, which ever ends soonest. We do not guarantee that our products will be available indefinitely or at any set future times.
We value your feedback and are here to help with any issues you come across in relation to our plugins. We are a very small team, but we will do the best we can to help you.
Support is only available to those who are holding a current license for our plugins. Our support covers you for the 12 months of your active subscription and is limited to White Label plugins only. If you would like continuing support, we ask that you kindly renew your plugin license.
Our plugins are sold as they are and we can’t promise they’ll work with all other third-party plugins. This is because with so many different developers working on plugins and themes, not all of them will work together. If you encounter an issue with our plugin in relation to another plugin, we appreciate you contacting us and letting us know. However, we can’t guarantee the conflicting products will function together now or in the future. Support may be provided at our discretion, and may incur additional fees, but we will always discuss this with you first.
If you do need help with other areas of your site, or with making any of our plugins compatible with another specific plugin, we welcome you to contact us, but we reserve the right to choose if we take on any extra projects and to negotiate a fee for these projects with you.
Support and updates for White Label plugins are only available while each plugin is actively in development. Should any one of the following occur, White Label will not be responsible for providing support and updates any longer:
- We decide to stop developing any of our plugins due to it not being viable for us anymore.
- Any plugin under White Label is purchased or bought out by another company.
- WordPress or WooCommerce is no longer actively developed.
Our plugins are guaranteed to work with the default WordPress and WooCommerce themes. We do not guarantee that they will work with other third-party plugins, themes, software, or with all web browsers and hosts. If you need support, please contact us and we will do our best to help you within the limits of our support conditions.
We are constantly updating our plugins to optimize them for use with the most recent updates from WordPress and WooCommerce. If you are using an older version of WordPress or have not updated your WooCommerce plugin, we encourage you to update to the latest version if you encounter any issues with our plugin.
Our plugins are sold ‘as is’ with no warranty of any kind. By purchasing our plugins, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from the installation or use of our plugins. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses, including data loss, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential that occur due to the use or inability to use our products.
You should always test all plugins on a staging site first, and remember to take a backup of your site before installing any new plugins. This is standard web development practice.
While we go to every effort to keep our plugins secure, you use them at your own risk. By using our plugins, you understand and acknowledge the risk of security threats. The security of your own data and your customer data is your responsibility.
We are also not responsible for any loss or damages that may occur when using our plugins in combination with any third party plugins, themes, or software.
Updates for our plugins are available as long as you hold an active license. Once your license expires, you will no longer receive any updates until you renew your license again.
An account will be created for you upon purchasing one of our products. You will receive an email which contains your account details. White Label accounts can be accessed from https://whitewp.com/my-account/. Your account allows you to manage your details, access past invoices, payments, manage your license keys.
We reserve the right to change, cancel, or update our pricing and subscription schedules at any time.
If you hold an active subscription, you will continue to be charged at your original purchase price, excluding any limited time sales or one-off discounts that occurred at the time of your purchase.
If your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to your original price plan. You will have to re-purchase the plugin at the current price to continue to receive support and updates.
Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes and promotions will only apply for one year. At the end of your one year subscription, your license will be renewed at the standard price.
Returns and refunds
We have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you experience any problems, please contact us first to see if we can help you. If we are unable to help you, we will cancel your license and refund your product in full provided the following are true:
- You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Your issue is regarding the installation or use of our plugin.
- You have tried to contact support about the issue and we weren’t able to help.
Please note that we do not issue refunds if your first contact with support is after you have held your plugin license for more than 14 days. If you have had your plugin license for more than 14 days, we assume you’ve been using our plugin. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase.
Our 14 day refund guarantee also applies to automatic subscription renewal payments. Please reach out to us if you did not wish for a subscription to be renewed within 14 days of a renewal payment occurring.
We do not issue refunds for compatibility issues with other third-party plugins or themes, but we urge you to contact support if you encounter any issues.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly if you require a refund. This is the easiest and quickest way to get things done. In the rare event that you open a dispute through your financial institution, your license may be put on hold until the dispute is resolved if the payment has been reversed from our account. In this instance, we are unable to refund your subscription until after the dispute has been resolved or withdrawn and we receive the payment back into our account. Please note that if the resolution or withdrawal of the dispute and the return of your payment to us occurs more than 14 days from your initial purchase, we will be unable to refund your payment.
Your purchase of our product or products means that you agree to the conditions listed in this refund policy.
We use email to send you order details, invoices, product licenses and downloads, updates, and promotions. We use MailChimp to manage our email subscriptions, so they may also have access to your email details when you sign up with us.
We will contact you prior to your license expiring so you have the option to renew.
You may opt out of email updates at any time. Please note that you might miss out on critical information regarding your plugin and license if you choose to do so.
By purchasing our product or products, you indicate that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions on this page. We reserve the right to change or update our Terms and Conditions at any time.
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
