Occasionally, after installing White Label, you might find yourself locked out from editing the plugin’s settings. This commonly occurs when your WordPress admin account is removed from the list of White Label Administrators. You’ll need to have access to the database your WordPress installation uses to reset White Label’s settings and regain control.
The settings for White Label are stored in the options
table of your WordPress database. Typically, the full name of this table is wp_options
, but that can vary depending on your host and settings decided during installation. In your options
table, you’ll want to find rows with that contain the phrase white_label
in the option_name
field.
To regain access to White Label, you’ll want to delete the row with the option_name
value of white_label_general
. This will delete every setting on White Label’s General settings tab. You’ll then be able to access White Label settings once again, enable the plugin, and set a new list of White Label Administrators.
